Dewly is not open yet. Right now this website does one thing with personal data: it keeps the email addresses of people who join the waitlist, so we can tell them when Dewly opens. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
The data controller for this website is Maxime Rose Lanman, a self-employed sole trader (autónoma) in Spain, NIF Y0659512R, trading as Dewly, with address at Calle Real 5, Local 1, 41710 Utrera (Seville), Spain. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hola@dewly.eu.
We do not record your IP address with your sign-up, and we do not ask for your name or anything else.
We use your email address for one purpose: to send you a single email when Dewly opens. We do this on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. We will not send you marketing or newsletters unless you separately agree to that later.
We keep your email until we have sent the launch email, and then for up to six months in case you reply or have questions. After that we delete it, unless you choose to create a Dewly account. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we delete it straight away.
We do not sell or share your email address. It is stored on our website, which is hosted by our web hosting provider in Spain, who processes it only on our behalf. If we use an email service to send the launch email, we will update this policy to name it before we do.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It may set a small cookie that remembers whether you are viewing the site in English or Spanish. Our fonts are served from our own website, not from third parties.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hola@dewly.eu or by using the unsubscribe link in our email. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your country.
When Dewly opens, this policy will be updated to cover the app. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
